o_o Wow, what a weekend! Poutines and anime and Montreal!
I wish I had time to visit the Notre-Dame Basilica in Old Montreal again,
but I guess that will have to wait until next time :3

It was daunting at times, but I had a lovely time at Otakuthon.
Glad to know anime fans are, seriously, EVERYWHERE.

><; also so much for studying all that French all these months - in the end I got caught up with being correct that I was too shy to use it much. That and the fact that I had studied French french all this time (Quebec French study materials have been tough to come across) meant even when I tried to use my French even for really basic stuff, it couldn't be readily understood
:3c Happens!

Still, it was awesome to be able to meet Montreal anime fans. I've been to Montreal many times before (it's a yearly thing to go to Montreal, sometimes a couple of times a year) but I never imagined it with an anime convention. I'm happy to see Montreal has a thriving anime community :D

For the next few weeks, I don't have a big convention, so I will finally be able to focus on some bigger projects and on planning ^^

Thank you everyone who came by my table this weekend!
J'espère que nous pourrons réunir à nouveau l'année prochaine à Otakuthon :D

Have a happy rest of the summer!

Glad you had fun! And yeah, I'm shy when it comes to speaking another language to natives as well. Don't wanna sound like a nincompoop after all!
