OSC1 Sailor Ring

It's a sailor scout whose power is defined by the "ring" of people around her, so it can be anything. Kind of like Rogue, but she doesn't need to touch, and she doesn't suck their life juices out. She's sort of like a mirror.

Her gemstone is white. Her colors are lavender (light purple) and gray. Her eyes are a bunch of colors. I'd say her eyes and back ribbon is about 40% black. The rest is from the background color.

(I was going to have her staring at the viewer, but it kind of didn't work out. )
